Students must live within the East Side Union High School District boundaries to attend one of our schools. Please click the link below and enter your address to verify your school of attendance.

East Side Union High School District offers two ways to use online registration for students new to our district, including incoming freshmen.  After you have completed and submitted the online registration application, contact your school Registrar to make arrangements for submission of your required registration documents.

IMPORTANT:  Registration is not complete until all documents have been verified by the school site Registrar. 
 
NOTE:  During Santa Clara County's shelter in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, all registration will be online.  Contact your school Registrar for assistance and/or questions.
 
Accessing Online Registration
 
Important notes before you begin:
  • Our online registration system works best on a laptop or desktop computer using Chrome or Firefox.
  • Please make sure to allow pop-ups. 
  • Every parent will need a valid email address for the Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.  If you do not have an existing email address, you can create one using one of the free email sites, such as Yahoo or Google.

ESUHSD Online Registration (email)
Parent/guardians who have an email address can register their student using the online registration email link below.  ESUHSD will send a registration link to verify your email address and to begin online registration.
  
ESUHSD Online Registration (kiosk)
The kiosk button below is for parents/guardians who do not have an email address and wish to register their child or are logging back in to complete registration.
Online registration kiosks are also available at all of our schools.  Check registration hours by clicking the School Contact List.

Registration Documents (required)

Parents/Guardians of students enrolling in the District are asked to provide the following documents:
  • Parent/Guardian Identification:  Government Issued Photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or ID card)
  • Student Identification: Original Birth Certificate, Passport, or Baptism Certificate
  • Verification of address/proof of residency:
    • lease/rental agreement; mortgage agreement; property tax bill
    • current mailed communication, such as utility bills or financial statements, showing parent/guardian name and current physical address
  • Student’s current Immunization record and TB screening record 
    • Students transferring from outside of Santa Clara County must have either of the following at the time of registration: 
      • A recent TB test done in the United States dated within the past 12 months; OR
      • A Santa Clara County TB Risk Assessment form completed by a primary care provider in the United States dated within the past 12 months
  • Withdrawal papers from previous school
  • School Transcript; withdrawal grades; most recent report card
  • Current IEP or 504 Plan (for those students receiving Special Education services or 504 Accommodations)
