Who We Are
The Facilities, Maintenance & Operations Team is made up of 6 functional groups all working together to serve the students, staff, and community of East Side. Click on any group to meet their team.
The Administrative Team includes the Director, Assistant Director, Assistant Project Manager and Department Secretary, they support the field technicians and handle the administrative and regulatory duties of the department.
Carpentry
The Carpentry Team provides field services to our sites specializing in doors, locksets, windows, fabrication, welding and a variety of other repairs.
Paint
The Paint Team provides field support for painting, roofing, and pool operations.
Grounds
The Grounds Team provides field support for irrigation controlers, irrigation main lines, plumbing repairs and a variety of other system repairs. School site gardeners under the supervison of the schools administration provides gardening services to each site outside of the pervue of the District Grounds Team.
Maintenance Day
The Day Maintenace Team provides field support for the districts heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) units, exhaust fans, electrical components and boilers / pumps.
Maintenance Swing
The Swing Maintenance Team provies afternoon and evening support in a variety of skilled trades including plumbing, electrical, painting and general repairs.
What We Do
The Facilities, Maintenance & Operations Team (FM&O) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the districts facilities and systems. We service over 1.6 million square feet of interior space on 500 plus acres with a team of 30 skilled and semi skilled tradespeople.
