Chris Jew brings with him to the East Side Union High School District 22 years of school district experience. Seventeen of those years serving as a school district Chief Business Officer.
Over the last 4 years, Mr. Jew was the Chief Business Officer for the Cupertino Union School District, the largest K-8 school district in Northern California with 18,000 students. Prior to Cupertino, he was the Deputy Superintendent in the Oak Grove School District for 8 years and the Assistant Superintendent in the Berryessa Union School District for 5 years. Mr. Jew also worked in the Mount Pleasant School District where he began his career in school district business.
Mr. Jew received his MBA in Management from Golden Gate University in 1993, and BA in Economics from San Jose State University in 1991.
