October 8, 2009 Board Meeting
The following items were presented to the Board of Trustees for acceptance of the
first reading of the proposed Charter for the Board Audit Committee, including the
first reading of amendments to Board Policy 3460 and Board By Law 9200.
Public Hearing
The Ad Hoc Board Audit Committee will hold a public hearing to discuss and seek input regarding the proposed draft version of the Audit Committee Charter guidelines.
